Here's how to complete Extreme Home Takeover Quest The Sims Freeplay
Ask Lucius (Realtor) about hubbub *1 minute = click Lucius Majestic, choose "Whats The Hubbub?"
Go to work at the real estate = Order Sim to work in Real Estate. If the sim you have worked there, order to go to work.
Read a real estate sign *6 hours 30 minutes = Real Estate Sign will only appear when the sim is "working" in Real Estate. So order the sim to go to work at Real Estate, then the Architect Sign Post appears
Discuss home takeover with a sim *1 minute = click on another sim, select "discuss home take".
Search for well groomed sim on simbook *9 hours = click computer, select "look for well groom".
Extend or build a room = Build a room
Have a sim take a selfie *10 seconds = click sim, select "Take Selfie".
Post selfie on Lucius’s simbook *6 hours = click computer, select "Post to lucius's"
Become incensed *2 minutes = click luciuss, select "become incensed".
Check fine print on a sign *12 hours 30 minutes = Click Real estate sign, select "check fine print" (Real estate sign will appear when the sim goes to work in real estate)
Buy an item from the home store = buy anything at the home store.
Submit house via sign = click Real estate sign, select "Submit The Home"
