You need 2 sim to do this hobby
Sim, just click Jukebox, choose "wait for partner"
The second sim clicks on the Jukebox, select "Quick salsa" or "Extended Mambo"
After the sim has finished doing a hobby, there will be an exclamation mark above the sim head. Click the exclamation point to get the Hobby Item.
Collection of Hobby Items can be found in the Hobby Tab. Hobby tab can be seen in the information panel. Click simtracker, the Hobby section.
There are 6 levels that must be achieved to unlock all hobby items. Because new Hobby Items can be collected after you open them.
To raise the Hobby Level all you have to do is doing the hobby many times, until you get a notification that you have succeeded in leveling up. Click Simtracker part of the hobby to find out the percentage level of hobby sim.

This Salsa Dancing Hobby includes Timed Hobby. If you can complete this Hobby before 7 days, then you will get a Latin Villa that you can find when building a house. You will also get Floor and Wallpaper that can be purchased at the home store.
