How to Complete Night of the Candy Monsters Quest

Night of the Candy Monsters Quest is a seasonal quest that will give you Halloween costumes for the sims. This quest lasts for 9 days starting when you click the "Start" button that you can find in Active Tasks.

If you have previously completed the Night of the Candy Monsters Quest, then you will not get this Quest again. But if you have worked on Night of the Candy Monsters Quest before but haven't been able to finish it, then you have to work on this Quest from the start.

There are 5 sets in this quest. every time you successfully complete 1 set, then you will get 1 Halloween costume for the sims.

Here's how to complete the Sims Freeplay Night of the Candy Monsters Quest

FIRST SET:

Browse for a costume *48 seconds = Click the computer, select "Browse for Costume"

Call a costume store *4 minutes = Click the phone, select "Call Costume Store"

Go to the park = Visit a city park

Approach the purple monster *3 seconds = Click Purple Candy Monster, select "Approach"

Hide at the park *2 hours 20 minutes = Click the park bench, select "Hide"

Talk to Misty in the park *5 minutes = Click Misty, select "Talk to"

Watch the Halloween news *10 hours = Click TV, select "Watch Halloween News"

Talk to Misty again *25 minutes = Click Misty in front of the sim house, select "Talk to"

Practice scaring a sim *1 second = Click another sim, select "Practice Scaring"

Build courage *7 hours 30 minutes = Click the seat, select "Build Courage"

Collect candy pieces (5 pieces) *5 hours 30 minutes = Click Purple Candy Monster, select "Collect Candy". You can order more than 1 sim to do this task. If there is no Purple Candy Monster in the sim home, but Collect Candy's task is not finished, try leaving the game, and play The Sims Freeplay again. Or just wait a few minutes, or if Purple Candy Monster doesn't appear too, try going to another sim house, or to a public place like Snow Park. The number of Collect Candy can be seen in the red circle in the picture below:

Wait for ...hours ...minutes = Wait until the specified time. You can see the waiting time in the red circle in the image below. Or you can skip directly with 10LP, so you don't have to wait. You might not get this assignment if more than 24 hours you are still in the process of completing the task in the first set, you will immediately be given the second set task

SECOND SET:

Form a party plan *5 minutes = Click another sim, select "Form a Party Plan"

Send Halloween invitations *12 minutes = Click computer, "Halloween Invitations"

Ask Misty for advice *7 hours 30 minutes = Click Misty in front of the sim house, select "Ask for Advice"

Practice scaring *1 second = Click another sim, select "Practice Scaring"

Show off scaring skills *7 hours 30 minutes = Click Misty, select "Show Off Skill"

Scare the orange candy monster *1 second = Click Orange Candy Monster in front of the sim house, select "Scare"

Pout on a seat *7 hours 30 minutes = Click the seat, select "Pout"

Ask Misty what happened *25 minutes = Click Misty, select "Ask ehat Happened"

Collect candy pieces *4 hours 30 minutes = Collect 30 Candy. Click Purple Candy Monster, select "Collect Candy". You can order more than 1 sim to do this task. If there is no Purple Candy Monster in the sim home, but Collect Candy's task is not finished, try leaving the game, and play The Sims Freeplay again. Or just wait a few minutes, or if Purple Candy Monster doesn't appear too, try going to another sim house, or to a public place like Snow Park. The number of Collect Candy can be seen in the red circle in the image below:

Tell others about costumes *4 minutes = Click on the computer, select "Tell about costume"

Think of a solution *6 hours = Click a seat, select "Think of solution"

Take funny selfies *1 hour 30 minutes = Click sim, select "Funny Selfie"

Email selfies *16 minutes = Click computer, select "Email Selfie"

Joke with a sim *5 minutes = Click another sim, select "Joke"

Have nightmares *7 hours 30 minutes = Click the mattress, choose "Have nightmares"

Collect candy pieces *3 hours 30 minutes = Collect 110 Candy. Click Purple Candy Monster, select "Collect Candy". You can order more than 1 sim to do this task. If there is no Purple Candy Monster in the sim home, but Collect Candy's task is not finished, try leaving the game, and play The Sims Freeplay again. Or just wait a few minutes, or if Purple Candy Monster doesn't appear too, try going to another sim house, or to a public place like Snow Park. The number of Collect Candy can be seen in the red circle in the image below:

FOURTH SET:

Ask about Halloween Party needs *5 minutes = Click another sim, select "Halloween Party Needs"

Check for food supplies *8 minutes = Click the refrigerator, select "Check Food Supplies"

Make roasted pumpkin *7 hours = Click BBQ in the city park, select "Roasted Pumpkin Flavored"

Buy a stereo = Buy a stereo at the Home Store electronics section "

Turn on the stereo = Stereo Click, select "Turn On"

Listen to spooky music *5 hours = Stereo Click, select "Spooky Music"

Ask Misty what to do *8 hours 30 minutes = Click Misty, select "Ask what to do"

Collect candy pieces *2 hours 30 minutes = Collect 225 Candy. Click Purple Candy Monster, select "Collect Candy". You can order more than 1 sim to do this task. Show Misty scaring skills *5 minutes = Click Misty "Show Improved Skills"

Send a sim to the park = Visit the city park

Scare the orange monster *2 hours 30 minutes = Click Orange candy monster in the city park, select "scare"

Hide behind a park bench *2 hours = Click the safe bench, select "Hide"

Talk to Misty *9 hours 30 minutes = Click Misty in the city park, select "Talk to"

Place candy on the ground *4 hours 30 minutes = Click the X in front of the sim house, select "Place Candy"

Send a sim to the park = Order the sim to visit the city park

Distract the orange candy monster *6 hours 30 minutes = Click the Candy Monster Prange, select "distract"

Place candy around the orange monster *1 hour 30 minutes = Click the X in the city park, select "Place Candy". You only need to click one of the X marks

Scare the orange monster *2 seconds = Click Orange Candy Monster, select "Scare"

Hug the orange monster *6 seconds = Click Orange Candy Monster, select "Hug"

Have 4 sims in a home = Order 4 sim in 1 house

Dance to spooky party music *12 minutes = Order 1 stereo click sim select "Spooky Music" 3 stereo click sim select "Join"
